These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and zeet14 ("zeet14", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the zeet14 website located at https://zeet14.bet, including all games, betting markets, payment facilities, promotional offers, and any other services made available through the platform (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing a bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services. zeet14 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms become effective upon publication to the website. Continued use of the Services following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. zeet14 does not represent or warrant that the Services are appropriate or lawfully available in any particular jurisdiction.

To register and maintain an account on zeet14, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You do not hold an existing zeet14 account in any name or under any identity.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of zeet14 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not been self-excluded from zeet14 or any other gambling platform under a current active exclusion agreement.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you accept sole responsibility for verifying the legal status of online gambling in your location.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. zeet14 reserves the right to request supporting identity documents (national ID, passport, utility bill, or equivalent) at any time to verify the information provided. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by our support team may result in account suspension or closure.

Your zeet14 account balance represents funds held on your behalf for the purpose of placing bets and wagers on the platform. The following conditions apply to all account balances and transactions:

• Funds deposited into your account are not held in a segregated client account. They are operational funds used to settle bets placed through the platform.
• zeet14 does not pay interest on account balances under any circumstances.
• Dormant accounts — accounts that have not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months — may be subject to an inactivity fee of up to ৳200 per month, deducted from the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero.
• You may withdraw your available balance at any time, subject to identity verification requirements and minimum withdrawal thresholds published in the cashier section.
• All withdrawal requests are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Currency conversion fees, if any, are borne by the player.
• zeet14 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending completion of anti-money-laundering checks or identity verification. We aim to complete all verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours under normal operating conditions.

You must not use the zeet14 platform as a payment-processing mechanism. Depositing funds and subsequently withdrawing them without meaningful wagering activity constitutes misuse of the platform and may be treated as a violation of these Terms.

zeet14 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotional offers are governed by the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household address, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• zeet14 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if we determine that a player has abused or circumvented the spirit of a promotion.
• Bonus offers are not available to players who have opted out of marketing communications unless the player opts back in and independently qualifies for the offer.
• zeet14 does not guarantee the availability of any promotion. Promotions may be withdrawn, modified, or suspended at any time without prior notice.

zeet14 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players. These tools are available free of charge and may be activated at any time from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Limits: Receive an automatic notification after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently deactivate your account. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.
• Reality Checks: On-screen prompts showing your net session result at regular intervals.

zeet14 will not market any promotional offer, bonus, or incentive to a player who has activated a self-exclusion or cooling-off period. If you suspect that a minor is using your account, you must contact our support team at [email protected] immediately and change your login credentials.

zeet14 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

We collect personal information including but not limited to: your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, payment method identifiers, and device and browser information. This data is used to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations. We do not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes.

Your account data and transaction records are retained for a minimum of five years following account closure, or such longer period as may be required by applicable regulations. You have the right to request access to the data we hold about you by contacting [email protected].

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, zeet14, its directors, employees, partners, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
• Loss of funds resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Interruptions, delays, errors, or omissions in the Services caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, third-party payment processing delays, internet outages, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, scores, or game statistics.
• Losses attributable to your violation of any provision of these Terms.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time the claim arose.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zeet14 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through our support channels shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

You agree that any claim against zeet14 must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact zeet14 support at [email protected] and allow us a reasonable period of not less than 30 days to resolve the matter.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence to the extent that those rights cannot be waived by contract.

zeet14 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will post a notice on the platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Services after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

zeet14 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, unverifiable identity, or reasonable suspicion of money laundering. Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in accordance with the circumstances of the termination.

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonus funds will be voided upon account closure.
